We'll work towards enhancing productivity, Honourable Emiola assured



The Chairman,Ondo State House of  Assembly Service Commission, Hon. Dare Emiola says all hands would continue to be on deck to ensure effective service delivery for the overall development of the State.




He stated this while speaking with The House of Assembly Correspondents in an interview shortly after the first prayer meeting of the legislative arm with staff and said that the proposal of the commission was to recruit more staff to the House of the Assembly and carry out rigorous training and retraining of workers. 


“ Our expectations  for 2025 as embedded in the budget are to ensure better life for all staff. We have proposed new office complex that has been approved by Mr Governor. And the job will soon commence.

“ Welfare of our staff is paramount and sacrosanct because when they are happy, it will make us better. Those that need to be converted will be converted; there would be regular training and retraining of workers ,” he said.

“The chairman said that when workers got promotion as and when due  with other benefits being given to them, productivity would be greatly enhanced.

Hon. Ologede Commissions Market at Oja Oba, Itaogbolu ... Receives Gifts of Appreciation
