Aiyedatiwa's Aide, Osamaye, Partners with NAWOJ


The Special Adviser to the Ondo State Governor on Women Affairs, Dr. Seun Osamaye, has pledged to collaborate with the Nigerian Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) to further amplify the voices of women in the state.


Welcoming the NAWOJ team to her office, Dr. Osamaye praised the pivotal roles women play in nation-building, emphasising the need for increased collaborative efforts to champion women's causes within the state.


Dr. Osamaye also urged NAWOJ to enhance the visibility of women's issues and improve advocacy, providing women with more information about the activities of the Aiyedatiwa-led administration.

She expressed her gratitude to the NAWOJ team and assured them of productive engagements aimed at fostering women's growth in the state.

In response, the Chairperson of the Nigerian Association of Women Journalists, Ondo State Chapter, Comrade Tola Gbadamosi, commended the Special Adviser for her significant efforts in empowering women, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups in the state.

Comrade Gbadamosi specifically lauded the inclusive 2025 International Women's Day celebration, noting it as the first of its kind in Ondo State.

She further sought support and collaboration from the Special Adviser for her presence at the upcoming NAWOJ Week Dinner and Award Night, an event aimed at celebrating outstanding individuals and fostering partnerships to promote women's rights.
