On Father’s Day, Dr. Osamaye Applauds Governor Aiyedatiwa’s Legacy of Care and Vision


As Nigeria marks the 2025 Father’s Day celebration themed “Fathers: Nurturing Resilience and Shaping Futures,” women across Ondo State have praised Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for his fatherly role in governance and community development.


Speaking on behalf of Ondo State women,  Dr. Seun Osamaye extended heartfelt felicitations to Governor Aiyedatiwa, describing him as a symbol of fatherly love, care, and dedication to the welfare of the people.

In a statement issued in Akure, Dr. Osamaye lauded the governor’s inclusive and people-centered leadership, which she said has renewed hope in governance across the state. “Governor Aiyedatiwa exemplifies the spirit of Father’s Day through his unwavering commitment to the development and well-being of Ondo citizens,” she said.

Dr. Osamaye highlighted key achievements of the Aiyedatiwa administration, including improvements in healthcare delivery, enhanced security architecture, robust social welfare programs, and consistent investment in education and infrastructure.

“His governance reflects a deep understanding of the people’s needs. He has shown resilience, compassion, and a clear vision for a prosperous and peaceful Ondo State,” she added.

She also commended the governor's dedication to inclusive policies that uplift communities and prioritize vulnerable groups, particularly women and children.

Praying for continued wisdom and sound health for Governor Aiyedatiwa, Dr. Osamaye described him as the “spiritual father” of the state, whose legacy of service and compassion continues to inspire citizens and shape a better future for the Sunshine State.
