Tribunal Verdict Ondo Speaker congratulates Aiyedatiwa . Describes him as a man of the people


The Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olamide Oladiji, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky  Aiyedatiwa, and his Deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami (MNI), on their well-deserved victory at the Ondo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.


In a congratulatory message personally signed by the Speaker in Akure today, Oladiji described the victory as a triumph of democracy and the will of the people of Ondo State.

While expressing confidence in the exemplary leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa, the Speaker stated that the judgement is an affirmation of the popular mandate given by the people of the state to the Governor and his Deputy.

"It is very clear that you are well loved by the people of the state. Your exemplary leadership and commitment to advancing the cause of peace, healthcare, and education, among others, remain a legacy for generations to emulate," the statement read.

Oladiji, who called on political actors to join hands with the Governor in the overall interest and continued development of the state, commended the judiciary for upholding democracy and ensuring justice.

He concluded by praying that God grants the Governor more wisdom and sound health as he pilots the affairs of the Sunshine State to an enviable height.
