Akure North Lawmaker, Hon. Kolawole Ologede Felicitates Commissioner-Designate, Engr. Akinola Leye on his Inauguration today.


The member representing Akure North Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Honourable Kolawole Ologede, has extended warm congratulations to Engineer Akinola Leye, a commissioner-designate from Akure North, ahead of his inauguration today by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.


In a statement issued early Monday, Hon. Ologede described Engr. Leye’s nomination and imminent swearing-in as a reflection of his dedication to public service and a worthy recognition of Akure North’s human capacity.

“I join the people of Akure North in congratulating one of our own, Engineer Akinola Leye, as he prepares to be inaugurated into the State Executive Council,” the lawmaker said. “His appointment is a testament to his competence, loyalty, and the trust he enjoys from the people and the Governor.”

Hon. Ologede commended Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for choosing Engr. Leye for the important assignment, describing it as a strategic decision that will further enhance inclusive governance and grassroots development.

He expressed confidence that the commissioner-designate would bring honour to the position and contribute meaningfully to the developmental agenda of the Aiyedatiwa-led administration.

While urging Engr. Leye to remain a good ambassador of Akure North, Hon. Ologede prayed for wisdom, strength, and divine direction for him in the discharge of his duties.
