Akure North Youth Leaders Hail Hon. Ologede for Youth-Inclusive Appointment
Youth leaders across Akure North Local Government have expressed profound appreciation to the Member representing the constituency at the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Kolawole Ologede, for appointing three of their members as Special Assistants.
In a statement signed by the coordinator of the youth leadership body, Comrade Lawal Tosin, the group described the appointments as “unprecedented” and a “bold step” in youth empowerment and inclusion.
The appointees are: Mr. Idowu Dada from Ward 3, Iju, Mr. Pelumi Ojo from Ward 10, Ita-Ogbolu,Mr. Femi Omojola from Ward 5, Igoba/Isinigbo
Comrade Tosin commended Hon. Ologede for recognizing and rewarding the efforts of young people in the political development of the area.
“This is a milestone in the political history of Akure North. Never have we had this level of inclusion for our youths at such strategic levels,” the statement read. “We are grateful to Hon. Ologede and pray for greater heights in his service to the people.”
The youth leaders pledged their continued support for the lawmaker, describing him as a “silent achiever” and reaffirming their confidence in his leadership.
“We believe this is just the beginning. The entire youth community of Akure North stands solidly behind Hon. Ologede as we look forward to more people-oriented initiatives from his office,” the statement concluded.
